1. Items Made with DNA (Breastmilk, Placenta, etc.):

  • Due to the personal and unique nature of items made with DNA, such as breastmilk or placenta, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these items.
  • If there is an issue with your item, please contact us immediately. We will offer store credit or remake the item if possible. Our goal is to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

2. Other Items:

  • Unused items (excluding those made with DNA) can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@miraculousbirthing.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

3. Return Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@miraculousbirthing.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit as quickly as possible.

5. Shipping Returns:

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: Miraculous Birthing, 1334 N. Liberty Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

6. Additional Information:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Store credits do not expire and can be used for any future purchases.
